1. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking, payable by [Deposit Date].

The remaining 50% balance is due before the delivery of the final product. The balance must be paid no later than [Delivery Date].

2. Travel and Accommodation

Travel is included for a 120km round trip from the Photographer/Videographer’s location.

Any travel beyond 120km will incur an additional charge of R3 per kilometer, to be paid by the Client.

If the venue is more than 200km away from the Photographer/Videographer’s location, the Client agrees to provide accommodation at a reputable bed and breakfast or similar establishment.

The Client will also provide seating, food, and a non-alcoholic beverage during the reception for the Photographer/Videographer.

3. Product Delivery and Final Product

The Photographer/Videographer agrees to deliver the final product (photos, video, or other agreed deliverables) to the Client in 2 months, after receiving full payment.

4. Credit for Postings

Any social media postings or publications that feature the final product, including photos and videos, must credit the Photographer/Videographer by name or business name. The Client agrees to give appropriate credit when using or sharing the Photographer/Videographer’s work.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If the Client cancels the booking at least 1 month before the event, the deposit will be refunded minus any non-refundable expenses incurred.

If the Client cancels less than 1 month before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

6. Miscellaneous

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Photographer/Videographer and Client. Any changes or amendments must be agreed to in writing.

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mediation or other dispute resolution means.
